Kingpin

Picture this. You've arrived at the beach - it's pumping. Head high, light offshores with plenty of power. There's sections, some steep, some walled, some soft. You don't need a groveller here. Instead, you need connection, precision and reactivity beneath your feet.

The Kingpin is the most performance orientated shape in the AW range. Lighter, more refined, optimised for clean surfing with surgical precision.

Designer's Notes
"This board is designed for smooth, connected, precise peformance surfing. It's suited to shoulder high surf and bigger, where speed is harnessed, rather than generated. The transition in the tail acts as a pivot, which shortens the radius of turns and increases the precision of manouvres. Use the round tail for a smooth, connected feeling throughout turns."
